1. Having seen Ferrell a play a ton since he was a kid, I'll go on record that he will, at some point at IU, be a 3-point threat.

2. That was a bit of hyperbole, but there were quite a few posters that believed that Hansbrough would not hit (approximately) fifty percent of jumpers in practice because he was not a good shooter (in the NBA). They didn't/don't understand how good these players are. Hansbrough would probably hit like eighty percent unguarded -- from 3-point range, much less midrange.

Byrd standing in front of the rim in good position for a fulll two count and Hardaway just runs straight in to him for the charge. Wtf?

Lol, Norm Stewart, Missouri's coach from 1967-'99, is being honored as an SEC legend at the SEC tourney this year. He never coached in the SEC. And I believe he was vocally against MU leaving the Big 12. Other than that, makes perfect sense.

Johnny Roland was honored as an SEC legend during football season. For some reason the SEC feels the need to include Mizzou and A&M in this, and I can't really figure out why.

Who does UM have in the PG pipeline? McGary, GRob3, Stauskas, etc are fantastic freshmen.

Zak Irvin and a couple other 4-stars next year (including a top-50 point guard, to answer your specific question). Austin Hatch the next year. I don't think Robinson will be around long -- and McGary is like already 33.

It's just like the B1G showing highlights of Tommie Frazier at Nebraska when they talk about legends of the B1G

Derrick Walton, who's super exciting; we're well on our way to being PGU, basically

Bill Walton on unranked UCLA beating No. 6 Arizona: "One of the most impressive victories in the history of this incredible program."

slow your roll billy

Haha, that's crazy. But it looks like I was wrong about UCLA. They still don't really play d, but I wouldn't want to run into them in the tourney.

Yeah with them being so young it's going to take them all season to really figure it out and they will probably get some bad losses, along with good wins, the rest of the way. But they could end up being one of those 7-10 seeds that goes a long way come March.

Yes, exactly. He is a very good example of how hard work can improve shooting:

3-point percentage

Freshman: 31 percent

Sophomore: 21 percent

Junior: 55 percent

Let us just hope Ferrell isn't as lazy as Oladipo was after his freshman year. We might finally see if 3 point % can be a negative.

yikes, Northern Illinois had 4 points at halftime. 1-31 and 0-17 from three-point land for the first half.

And they were only down by 14.

I feel sorry for the parents that have to go support their kids team and watch that game.
