Was really hoping we'd finally get a buzzer beater with the VCU game. Oh well.

YES! Huge win. VCU was the team I didn't want to play. They pressured the hell out of IU and the guards couldn't do anything. But when IU did get into their offense, they were pretty good and efficient. Same thing with defense actually. When IU was able to set up their D, VCU couldn't score. But that was almost too few and far between. Really good game. Oladipo made up for 39 minutes of crap with 2 huge drives in the last minute. Only gets harder from here. Whatever happens, I'm happy with this season. Now with more wins this year that IU had in its previous 3 years.

So Purdue matches up terribly against Kansas. Hummel, Byrd, and Smith are going to have to rain 3's to stay in the game. Vegas has the line at KU -7.5 and that sounds like the lock of the year to me.
