No... a win puts us in a 3 way tie and because Detroits win was over a division opponent, they currently have the tiebreaker over the Bears. With the way the tiebreakers are for 3 way ties, that's enough to knock the Bears out in favor of Detroit and Atlanta, despite going 2-1 against those 2 teams.
