Ok, if Jay Cutler was throwing today, is there any reason he can't play next week? Seriously, presumably the only thing preventing him from playing the last few weeks was his inability to throw the ball with a thumb injury. Now, not sure what kind of throwing he was doing, but I figured once he was able to throw, he would be able to play.

 

Maybe. Did they show video of him throwing or something? Because I could see a difference in thumb use between lobbing some passes 8-10 yards to see how the thumb responds, and throwing crisp lasers 20 yards down the field.

dropped touchdown pass, wasted time out, it's like we're seeing our mirror image on offense

 

No false starts yet or dropped passes but a good imitation none the less.

[expletive] Hester, you are our only chance to score points. At least attempt to bring one back. I don't care if you get leveled as soon as you catch it and fumble it away. It's a risk we have to take.
