People on Bears postgame are complementing Lance Louis's play, with Miller saying the Bears might have stumbled into their LT for the next 12 years.

I'd love to see them stick him there. He's playing wonderfully.

I think he literally did nothing wrong today. Webb was getting beat pretty consistently. Cutler did a good job avoiding the pressure though for the most part. At this point, training camp next year looks like it could be fun. I'd let the best 2 play OT out of Louis, Carimi and Webb. And let the best 2 play OG out of Williams, Louis, Spencer. And the best 1 out of Garza, Spencer, and a draft pick (Peter Konz please).

RT @jayglazer: Bears sources tell me Jay Cutler injured his thumb, undergoing further tests to see if broken. He finished game w it injured

FFFFFFUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU

That doesn't necessarily mean he won't play, but he could easily go Stafford by playing through it. He can't afford to miss any games.

A source tells the Chicago Tribune that Jay Cutler's right (throwing) thumb is indeed fractured.

There's no word on when the injury occurred, or the severity. Cutler attempted passes on just four of the Bears' final 20 offensive snaps. He was picked off once and completed two short throws to Matt Spaeth and Matt Forte for a combined 24 yards. The Bears were in run-heavy mode anyway with an 11-point lead, but this will be a situation to monitor early in the week. We are tentatively expecting that Cutler won't miss any time.

Not miss any time? I can't claim to be knowledgeable at all regarding QB injuries, but that seems awfully optimistic, no?

Find it amusing no one will talk about this though since he's apparently a [expletive] who pussed out of the NFC Championship Game.

There are enough quarterbacks who have played through a broken thumb on their throwing hand (Roethlisberger, Stafford) in the recent past that Cutler will most certainly solidify his media reputation as a pansy if he doesn't play through it.

Jeff Dickerson said Jay is having surgery tomorrow and best case scenario is he only misses the rest of the regular season but it's possible he's done for the year.

If Stafford and Grabbyhands have both played with a fractured thumb, how could Cutler's just end his season?
