On a side note, has anyone else caught the new Comcast Sportsnet promos for the CTC? Anyway, you'll notice at the end, it has Quade and Ozzie back to back, and Quade randomly looks down with a creepy smile, and he's totally checking out Ozzies package.

Those last three stats are mind-blowing. I know we've had quite a bit of injuries but even early in the season, he was juggling the lineup on a daily basis.

Its OK, once the ALL IN White Sox fall apart either through age or free agency or both in 1-3 years with little to nothing to show for it and no farm system whatsoever, it will swing back in our favor.

So Quade still thinks that DeWitt is swinging the bat well enough for third and worth playing in left? Huh. He's sub 700 for the season, sub 600 for the past 2 weeks. 626 for June. DeWitt is terrible, and he can't field either.

I doubt he has a better arm. IMHO Soriano really isnt as bad a defender as people think, it seems hes normally OK but sometimes makes some mind bogglingly dumb plays, or I should say non-plays.

My experience watching him in LF consisted of him attempting and failing to slidetackle a ball hit towards the corner, so I'm going to guess no.

Just picturing a leftfielder cutting off a relay throw from a centerfielder will without doubt always make me laugh. That was probably the single greatest thing ever witnessed in a baseball outfield.

 

I can watch that over and over and over again. I need to make a gif of that.
