LOL. The Mavs have made almost as many threes today (nine) as the Lakers have made in the entire series (11).

Yeah, the Lakers gave up. Phil checked out mentally weeks/months ago.

The question is do they have another run in them? They've basically played 100 game seasons the last 3 years straight. They could probably use a long off season and a way to retool the team around Bynum.

After Game 3, the LA media already turned to trading Bynum and Gasol for Dwight Howard.

Haha. Hubie Brown saying he expected more of an effort out of the Lakers today. Really? This team's last effort came in Game 3. When they blew that lead down the stretch, it was all over. This isn't surprising in the least.

I wouldn't be surprised if that's a hot rumor all summer.

I don't think this team has another serious run in them. Kobe's only going to be a year older and yeah, he was banged up, but he's clearly declining as a player. And Bynum was about as healthy as they could have hoped and only missed a couple games after recovering from the injury he suffered last year. Plus Phil is leaving so who knows who the coach is going to be next year.

The only guy that's actually visibly trying for the Lakers is Kobe.

This is awesome.

Fish is trying, he's just not very good anymore. But yeah, that's probably about it. Bynum was trying at the beginning but he stopped giving a [expletive] when he realized no one else was going hard.

That's the best offer that the Magic are going to get for Dwight, I'd have to assume. I could see that being a realistic possibility in the summer.

It's going to be a very interesting offseason for the Lakers.

I don't know if the Lakers will be willing to package the both of them but if the Magic get that, they have to take it.

Figures the Lakers will seamlessly move on to the next era.

I have to think you can get better than a charmin soft power forward and an always injured center for Dwight Howard.

Probably not - the teams that want Howard aren't going to trade their good players.

Wow, Bynum is a piece of [expletive].

Stay classy, LA.

What had they done two minutes before that? I turned it on just in time for Bynum to almost kill somebody

Odom purposely rammed into Dirk and got ejected 2 mins ago
