Samardzija struck out the side in the 4th.

And Colvin with 2 walks. It's a world gone crazy, folks.

OK, *now* the game is over.

They just showed the fan cam. Several nice looking hotties in the desert heat.

Nothing else to see.

Why is Looper still in camp?

His line wasn't that bad before today. Today I'm sure sealed his fate to not make the rotation. It looks like it will come down to whether they want to take Silva or Cashner.

Hmm, the young flamethrower with ace potential or the fat guy with a heart condition who gives out runs like McDonalds does cheeseburgers. Why must life saddle us with such hard decisions?

You had better hope Hendry doesn't read this forum because if he does, you've just inextricably linked Carlos Silva with cheeseburgers.

garza had better pitch pretty well this season considering that we traded like half our farm system for him while the brewers got marcum for a lesser package and greinke for a comparable one.

Well, Marcum deserves a lesser package and Greinke a comparable one. Garza will probably pitch pretty well too.

Don't go forgetting we get Garza for an extra year over what the Brewers get from Greinke.

WAR the last 3 years:

greinke: 4.9, 9.4, 5.2

garza: 2.9, 3.2, 1.8

marcum: 2.0, N/A, 3.5

I'm pretty sure sexual favors are the only thing left that Castillo can do to improve his chances for backup catcher.

Yes, and we have Garza for 3 years, while Greinke and Marcum are FA after two. Marcum is also two years older than Greinke/Garza and has thrown 160+ IP exactly once in his career.

Or hiring Jeff Gillooly to take out Hill.
