Must win game for the Raiders this week.

Also, go Seattle and Indy.

looks like another fantastic monday night clash.

Geez that is truly beyond awful. They need flex picks like NBC does. GB/Atl or Chi/Phi or Bal/TB would all be much better games.

You can't flex MNF. You can possibly schedule 2 of them and feature the better one nationally.

Looks like I have to take Cleveland in survivor.

That's kind of cool. I wonder if its possible to do that most years.

Not 1972!!!

Probably easier when everybody has 2+ losses by week 11.

Didn't every team have 2 losses by like week 7 this year?

Yeah, it was a while ago, dont' remember.

What makes that graphic so funny is that many of the games between 2 good teams were relative blowouts (Ex: NYJ over NE by 14, NE over PIT by 13). And then a lot of the games between a good and a bad team were all pretty close (16-14 NO over CAR, Redskins over Eagles by 5).

Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that Young showed up to the team’s facility on Monday and was asked to leave by a team official. Young did leave without incident, but he was visibly upset, sources told Wyatt.

Sounds a little bit like the Steve McNair treatment.

Young returned to the facility on Monday and was in the training room when a team official, Titans quarterbacks coach Dowell Loggains, informed him he needed to leave. Other players and members of the organization were present went the incident took place.

On Monday, Fisher said he believes Young will eventually do his rehab at the team’s facility.

We actually match up pretty favorably with the Falcons. Their pass defense is below average and right now, our pass offense is finally clicking. I fully expect McCarthy to stubbornly run the ball early and waste a few drives in the process, though.

It's going to be tough to win at the Georiga Dome. We did win at the Meadowlands, so this is certainly doable too.

Matt Ryan has only lost 1 time at home, and that was his rookie year. The Jets haven't even established a home field advantage yet, as the stadium has only been open for 2 1/2 months. I think there's a huge difference, and that's not including the noise factor in the dome vs. being outside.

Not saying you can't win in Atlanta, but winning in the Meadowlands isn't nearly as tough a task.

The noise factor in Minnesota, even with a struggling team, is probably still greater than that of Atlanta. That's not even mentioning the fact that we just played in Minnesota so if there is a time to play the Falcons, this would be it.

As for Ryan's record at home -- well, he's due to lose one. I hope it's to us.

DON'T ASK ME WHY I LISTEN.

Bill Simmons in his pick the lines podcast with Cousin Sal:

BS: Yeah, cause, I don't trust the Jags on the road.

CS: That's a little high.

BS: That's a little high, but, I like the Jags, that could be an upset pick.

So are the Packers.

Yeah.... I don't know about this week. The Falcons are going to be really tough. As much as I'd like to say the Packers are going to win, I don't think they will.
