Why do the Bucks suck this year? Overachieved last year? Underachieving this year? Injuries? Players tune out Skiles already?

Injuries has a lot to do with it. Bogut has missed a bunch, Delfino has missed a bunch, Jennings has missed a bunch. Salmons has sucked this year (not surprising) and has been hurt. Drew Gooden has been awful (again not surprising). I think if they get healthy they could make the playoffs. But they gotta stay healthy (which isn't a for sure thing)

Signing Salmons was such a bad move. Signing Gooden was a really bad idea too (5 years!?). I don't think a team like the Bucks can afford to make mistakes like those two and overcome them.

 

Then again, you are getting a huge deal off the books this offseason with Redd.

 

Speaking of, is he ever going to play again? Sometimes I forget he exists.

Orlando guard Gilbert Arenas was served with child support and custody papers as he left the court during halftime of the Magic's loss to Miami on Thursday night.

 

The court documents, obtained by The Associated Press, were a California petition filed by Laura Mendoza Govan. She identified herself as his ex-girlfriend in the documents.

 

The petition seeks custody and child support for three children that Govan says Arenas fathered and has since ''financially cut off.'' She is also seeking support for another unborn child, as well as monthly support for the other children.

They showed a stat during the Lakers game today about which teams have the most wire to wire wins in the league this year.

 

The first three aren't surprising - Lakers with 8 either San Antonio or Boston with 7 and the other one of the two (can't remember which) with five. What surprised me was also tied for third is the 19-30 Milwaukee Bucks.
