Lou is a moron, but the Cubs will win this in spite of him.

He does have his share of puzzling moves, but I don't think you get the 14th most wins in MLB history by being a complete tool.

what about the 27th most wins in MLB history? would you say someone with that many wins has to be pretty good?

Bait.....

I swear that Lou has Alzheimer's and forgets that Geo knows how to hit.

Geo forgot how to hit himself. 4 for his last 28. Still, a better option than Nady especially considering Geo is going to come in the game anyway since you pinch hit for the other catcher.

He's forgotten how to hit for the time being but he sure as [expletive] still knows how to walk.

Dude, it's called hitting, not walking.

Damnit, somebody tell Dusty to stop possessing me.

You can't walk across the plate.

He'll clog the bases.

I'm impressed with the power Werth has shown this year and the last two given that he has the build and look of a hobo who enjoys his meth.

Awesome.

Every time he does something great I think about what Harry would say.

Can you imagine Harry trying to explain a guy named Fukudome just hitting a game tying home run against a guy named Bastardo? Poetry.

LOL. He would probably be fired that day.

I think it's time Kosuke starts playing against left handers.

Yes, it's a stupid idea on so many levels. First, having all RH hitters in a lineup allows the pitcher to get into a rhythm of seeing a guy step into the same batters box every time. Secondly, Fukudome is a better hitter than Nady, who doesn't have splits good enough to warrant starting him over a better player.

Man, I miss Harry. Some of my best memories as a kid involve a Cubs game on WGN called by Harry and Steve.
