I gotta admit, I enjoyed a good measure of schadenfreude at the outcome of UNI-KU game. Suck it Sherron Collins and Bill Self, watch the Illini on Monday and quite probably beyond, it's only the NIT. But, at least they're still playing.

UNI was an extremely under-seeded team.

 

Absolutely. According to things I've read, the weak schedule and the loss to Evansville really soured the committee. We'll see if they have enough gas left to get by MSU/Maryland.

Kansas State completely took Fredette out of the game there, BYU should maybe move someone else to point in the 2nd half and start running Jimmer of screens or have him moving off the ball more to work it to him.

It really is, Kansas State isn't this good of a three point shooting team. That's been a trend in the tournament so far. Average to below average 3 shooting teams shooting lights out or well above their season averages.

Yeah suck it. We were both No. 1 overall seeds but we are still alive ... err wait you were the No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament instead of NIT. Damn.
