Who has said he is a lock for IU? I'm as pleased as anyone that Crean is bringing in talent, but I can also recognize he won't get everyone and that IU is a long way still from being good.

I think IU has a great shot at Ferrell, but it's not a done deal. Let's just see how that plays out and then we will see.

It's not anyone here. More on the scout boards.

Understood.

every single yak these [expletive] chuck up there. [expletive].

lol, my god. It never fails. Carlton Fay is one of our only good players and he made some good shots in the first half. It happens.

We suck, obviously, and it showed in the 2nd half. Going to be another long ass year for us.

I was hoping Iowa would beat the small schools on their schedule at least. However they are about to lose to South Dakota State. Oh well.

I'm curious to see how IU plays against a pretty good Wright St. team. I think they finished 2nd in the Horizon to Butler last year.

Fairly convincing win for IU but I guess WSU's point guard did not play due to injury and apparently he is supposed to be good.

Pat Tabler's kid playing for Wright State, yes that world famous Pat Tabler who played for the Blue Jays. :hello:

He also played for the Cubs (he started his major league career with the Cubs before being traded to the White Sox as part of the Steve Trout trade).

IU basketball gives up 39 fewer points than IU football.

I just read some moron on the IU Scout board say that Moore should play ahead of Hulls. Wow.

Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Dribble, Throw ball out of bounds.

Well played sir.

The day I don't have to see Daniel freaking Moore on the court for IU anymore will be a very happy day. I will be sure to mark it on my calendar. :clapping:

Wisconsin won easily tonight. Leuer had 24 and went 4-5 from 3.

Wisconsin had a freshman come off the bench tonight named Josh Gasser, he ended up scoring 21 points and grabbing 9 rebounds. The reason I mention this is, I watched him play a few times in high school. He was widely considered the 2nd best prospect in the state of Wisconsin behind Vander Blue. It was good to see him get off to a nice start. And I noticed Vander Blue has been starting for Marquette. He was fun to watch as well. I would say he has been my favorite player to watch in high school, but there is a kid who is a JR right now named Jean-Pierre Tokoto who has already passed him.

Anyways, sorry about that little story.

ND easily defeats Liberty and Ball State downs Eastern Illinois in their openers.

Good to have college hoops back.

and wisconsin has a worse chance of landing jp tokoto than iu does of landing gary harris.

I know I"m just a stupid IU fan, but have I missed something that indicated Harris has no shot of going to IU? I don't follow it closely enough to know for sure, but I don't recall seeing anything of that nature out there.

I know his mom and dad are Purdue grads, so that could play a role perhaps. I have no idea if IU has a shot or not, I guess I am just saying I haven't seen anything that indicates they don't.

Wake is only up 3 on Hampton with 7 minutes left on ESPNU. They lost to Stetson in their opener. Iowa is bad but they could steal one for the Big Ten there.

Pomeroy has the challenge as a near statistical dead-heat coming into tonight. ACC slightly favored in the aggregate, Big Ten favored in 6 of 11 matchups individually. This Wake game will swing it to the Big Ten's favor
