I always love to look at pics from Spring training and seeing some video of the players working out. It would be cool to have a thread to link pictures and video from the 2010 Spring training. I found these pics on a site I like to frequent during Spring time.

Yet still, it makes me feel a bit uncomfortable that he can't manage to catch the ball with his hands let alone with his over-sized shirt. Nice eye-hand (and eye-shirt) coordination, Tyler.

Looking at those pictures Zambrano doesn't look like he lost a lot of weight, but he looks slimmer. There were reports he lost a good amount of weight (near Soto levels) but it doesn't look like it, but he still does look more fit. Hopefully he toned up or focused on building muscle instead of just losing weight and that's why he doesn't look noticeably smaller.

I read an article the other day that said Z had lost around 15 pounds this offseason. It said that he was more focused on building core strength to help prevent injuries this season.
