Pierre Thomas went airborne on that play and my cable blacked out for a second. Perfect timing.

Vikings helmet almost hit that ball out, I don't see how there is enough evidence to reverse the call on the field here (regardless what the original call was). Edited by Cubswin11

Bad spot. This isn't a goal line play where you have to break the plane.

 

Forward progress stops when he gets pushed back though. I think the fumble will screw him though.

Oh wow, i'm not sure if the ball ever got past the line.... That is a terrible camera angle tho.

So would it be he got it, then fumbled, recovered, but after he recovered he was short of the line?

Did he ever lose control of the ball? It might have moved, but forward progress still counts.
