Wow. I guess USC doesn't give two craps about sanctions.

 

Kiffin and Orgeron were already ticking sanctions at Tennessee.

So who does UT go after? Do they talk to Patterson out of TCU? Petersen from Boise?

 

i hear petersen isn't leaving boise for any reason or something.

yeah, this is just brutal for TN fans. I don't even know where you begin looking for a coach.

 

The more this CFB coaching thing spins out of the control, the happier I am that ND jumped on Kelly when they did. I could see him strongly considering a place like TN if ND weren't open.

I knew Lane Kiffin wasn't going to last in the SEC but man this is beyond sucks for you guys. This has a Denins Franchione to Texas A&M rat in the night type feel to it. To you and dew, I'm sorry for his. Outside of Fulmer and Lane Kiffin, I've always had great respect for Tennessee and your school did not deserve this crap.

 

Hopefully now, you guys can land a guy like Mike Leach.

Kiffin will be gone by the time the next round of sanctions come down.

 

Garrett has been there a while, but I'd imagine he's in a position of desperation. He can't afford to wait for an honest coach to turn that culture around, so why would Garrett bother pretending at this point.

Time for the Nick Saban Tour de SEC to continue I say.

 

I'm wondering if Tubberville is seconding guessing about settling for TT when Tennessee was going to open.

That would be a sound plan for Tennessee, and IMO an upgrade over Kiffin.
