I'm sure the Titans/Rams Super Bowl wasn't on there because it was the 1999 season.

But the game happened in 2000.

I think he knows that but is saying ESPN used that as an excuse to not put it there.

If ESPN is going to throw a bone to soccer fans, they could get the drama right and put that Liverpool was down 3-0 at half and came back to win in penalties.

That's what they said? They did mention it was won in penalties.

It said that Liverpool came back from 3-1 down when they actually came back from 3-0 down.

I can't believe how fast 2009 has gone by. Nadal v. Federer's epic match was last year? Jesus

Opposite for me. Seems like a couple years ago they had that epic match.

To be fair, they had great matches at 2007 Wimbledon and 2009 Aussie Open as well and Federer and Roddick had the epic at this year's Wimbledon.

Just of the top of my head of games that should be on there:

1) Illinois/Arizona or Micigan St/Kentucky in the 2005 regional finals

2) Michigan/Appalachian St. in 2007

3) Boston/Chicago 2009 NBA playoffs, game 6

4) One of those Tom Brady Super Bowls

5) Michigan/Nebraska Alamo Bowl in 2005

6) Drake/WKU in the 2008 NCAA tournament

7) UCLA/Gonzaga in the 2006 NCAA tournament

Also, I think that George Mason/UConn deserves more credit, but it probably won't get ranked real high because George Mason doesn't have nearly as many fans as those other teams on the list.

those are all good games but most don't belong in the top 25

I'm not sure I can tell you anything about 5 and 6 besides the fact that Drake was a way overseeded 5 seed.

This was my favorite of those, 30 games in the final set. Longest final in Grand Slam history, longest since 1927, career Grand Slam record being broken. I didn't think the 2008 final could have been topped but they did it.

Texas-USC 2005. That was the best and one of the most enjoyable games ive ever watched.

Mine too obviously. They hyped it up the entire season, and it actually lived up to expectations. So many BCS title games have been dull this decade too.

Was Michigan/Nebraska the game where one of the teams almost won on a whole bunch of laterals?

Michigan at the end had a wild lateral play and Nebraska's entire team ran onto the field before the play was over, which probably should have resulted in a penalty.

#7 was my favorite game of the decade. Well, favorite final 2 minutes of a game after miserable first 38 minutes.

There are two massive omissions that would both be in my top ten. The tuck rule game and the Titans/Rams Super bowl. The tuck rule game had bad weather, a back and forth battle decided on the last play and a single play that will be remembered forever. The Super bowl is still by far the best one. It was decided on the last play that wasn't a field goal and it was decided by half a yard where it was unclear for a longtime whether or not Dyson actually scored.

Oh and speaking of those playoffs I would say the Music City Miracle should be in there. Somewhere around 20 I would say.

I don't think the Titans-Rams Super Bowl is as good because of how boring it was for the first two and a half quarters. It was field goal try after field goal try and several of them weren't made. Plus the Rams were dominating on the scoreboard (16-0). The last 3 minutes were amazing, but it just doesn't match some of the other Super bowls in this decade.

I wasn't the least bit bored the entire game. I don't know what you're talking about . . . .
