They should rule it a fumble, and the result of a play is a live ball, so then the ref could drop the ball like a hockey faceoff.

That would be awesome

That's two borderline reviews that have gone the Saints' way.

I saw the review on a Fox game break and it looked pretty obvious to me.

Nah, it was borderline. His forearm was on the ground. It could have gone either way, easily.

LOL. The Niners just tried a reverse handoff on a punt return and fumbled it, giving the ball back to Seattle.

It shouldn't have been overturned. It was not 100% conclusive evidence that Sellers didn't have his forearm down first.

You'd be really upset if the Colts got the call.

Jesus. Now that Brees has gone over 400 yards his fantasy points have jumped up to a total of 54. Sweet God. That's 6 more than LAST week. I love that man. He's almost single handedly beating my opponent right now.

The reverse angle showed that his elbow was very likely down before the fumble. In fact they just showed a zoomed in view that pretty much confirmed it.

And of course there's the fact that there was no recovery on the field before the play was dead.

I'm glad this has happened in this type of game though. Referees have calling this sort of play wrong several times this year (they called it wrong late in the game in the Detroit/GB game for example on Thanksgiving) and hopefully this will cause them to pay a little more attention to it.

I agree. It wasn't conclusive.

Hey Washington. Stop calling timeouts and just let them kick it.

Now you're hurting yourselves even more. Idiots.

The whistle had blown, so by the time the Saints player recovered it, the Skins player had already quit playing. I don't see how they can possibly just hand it to the Saints after the whistle like that.

I don't really care, but that seems like a totally botched review/call by the refs.

You have less than zero evidence that that is true.
