Looks like Shaq is going to Cleveland. If so, he's in for a rude awakening. He's played in Orlando, Los Angeles, Miami, and Phoenix. Now he'd be playing in freaking cold boring Cleveland.

 

If Shaq wins the title, Kobe should say "Shaq can't win it without a premier outside player" :D

 

To which the "Big Shaqtus" would reply that Bryant can't win a title without Phil Jackson....So where is the line drawn?

I think it's Chad Ford, not "Buchler," FWIW.

 

It looks like Bucher, if anything, was reporting that Ford was wrong about the deal being dead, and Stein has since said that Bucher is wrong about Ford being wrong. Got it?

Im very happy with James Johnson. He can be a real compliment to Rose. He can pass, hit the midrange, put the ball on the floor; three key things for the high pick roll. He can do things outside of that as well. Scouting report also discussed his lower body strength in low post defense, hes not the all over the floor off the ball defender of a Noah or Thomas but those guys got pushed around down low one on one too easily. Gar said they had him as the 5-7th player on their board and were trying to move into the top 10 but couldnt put a deal together.
