haha, and you guys want to talk about Kramer. that was an epic flop right there.

Still doesn't compare to the wind knocking him over and getting Manny Harris kicked out of the game last year

you're going to compare the play of a desperate team in the final seconds to the way kramer plays all day?

He's got a point though. Thankfully Kramer won't be around much longer to try and ruin athletic players.

Isn't 5 top 25 wins compared to 3 a big deal?

When your own RPI is better and you have fewer losses, I'd say at the very least call it even.

Did D.J. get the call? Plus Kramer's a pathological flopper.

For whatever it's worth, Purdue entered today having shot 30 more FT's than their opponents despite shooting 56 more 3's than their opponents and having the single fouling-est defender in possibly the history of basketball on their team.

solid games from davis and the freshman. its hard to say dmac was a disappointment, but he needs to shoot more than that.

hopefully we can see less jordan and cole, and more paul.

We played pretty well. Wish we could have stolen that one. I'm afraid we are gonna come up just short in reguards to the tourny.

I'm disappointed, but it's hard to be upset. I expected to be blown out. Cole wasn't half bad. Agree on Jordan, though.

i'm not sure that means anything though. they win most of the time and likely get fouled at the end of those wins. plus 30 over the whole season is like 1.2 a game at this point.

Next year Cole better not see the floor. He can't take any minutes from Jereme or Brandon.

I think we wind up an 8 or 9. The RPI the committee uses is different than the one everyone's referencing, I'm thinking it's more along the line of Pomeroy. @ OSU is the only game we should lose of our last 4. We don't have a lot of margin for error. We absolutely can not lose to Michigan or Minnesota

But yeah, this one woulda locked the bid.

if we beat michigan and minnesota we are in for sure imo. with just one of those wins it will be close, might need a BTT win.

if we are 5 seed in BTT, who will we play?

I guess so. I'm just bitter. Imagine if ND and Purdue actually played (which I wish they would to boost our OOC RPI). My largely dormant antipathy towards the team would be close to UConn-with-Thabeet levels.

I hope you are right, but we always struggle in Ann Arbor, plus Wisky is a good team.

Agreed. Paul needs to be tempered a bit, though. Just when he starts to get going, he does something stupid. He should be good, though.

Yeah Paul has some moments where you just wanna smack him.

this has been discussed before, but with UI at 9 conference wins, has anyone with 10 ever not gotten into tourny?

safe to say we are all rooting for vandy!

Syracuse missed the tournament once with 10 Big East wins and I believe Penn State or someone else missed the tourney last year with 10 Big Ten wins.

Nebraska's Ryan Anderson is 9 for 11 from 3 this week, and there's still 28 minutes to go in today's game.

EDIT: 10 for 12.

As Andy said Penn St. missed last year with 10 wins. I don't think we stand a chance with 10 wins. Gut instinct is 11 wins is going to require a win in the 4-5 game.

i don't think anyone's ever missed with 11 wins, and i don't think it will start now.
