Ugh, I know I should be happy that Florida lost since they could be bubble competition for us, but there's virtually nothing that can make me happy about that living walking scum getting a win.

I cannot imagine what the Iowa/Illinois games would have been like if Pearl had been hired. Of course it was never going to happen but...

Like the Eric Gordon game every year.

Sort of off topic but I went to a NBDL game tonight and saw a mish mash of former Big Ten players........Rod Wilmont, Jared Reiner, Sean Sonderleiter, Jamelle Cornley, Courtney Sims.....unfortunately the two stiffs from Iowa are on the Fort Wayne team.

Vitale made way too big a deal of not fouling, IMO. It was a perfectly reasonable option to try and defend for the entire shot clock.

Down 1 with a 5 second differential? I think you have to foul. Likely worst case scenario from fouling gives you enough time to give them 4 shots at missing a free throw and only needing a 2 in about 10 seconds to tie. You wait it out and the likely best case scenario is having 5 seconds to score a bucket, probably off a loose ball.

it seemed ksu used called a bunch of timeouts while they were in the middle of a rally. did they not have any left at the end of regulation?

For those of us in school at the time, our passion for hating Pearl far exceeds the whole Eric Gordon thing.

Carolina goes down again.
At home, no less.

To a bad team.

Virginia actually isn't bad this year. They're only 1/2 game out of the ACC lead and 13-6 overall.

They've lost to Penn St., USF, Auburn, and Stanford. Bad was probably overstating, but they ain't good.

What do you have against Billy Donovan?

That's what I've heard. Makes sense Peral could have cost us a National Title. Gordon just cost us a year of being decent and a shot at numerous other talented players we were in on but stopped recruiting due to him being "committed".

Northwestern stepping on Michigan's throat.

This team should be looking at a top half finish next year(not to say they can't this year) They lose only Nash, but gain Coble. (Plus obviously a year of experience for everyone else.
