You just figured this out? Gathwright was redundent the day he signed. There's no good reason for him to be on the team. I assume the 2nd Johnson is supposed to be Hoffpauir. But with him available to backup both corners, and Johnson the backup to all three spots, along with only Aaron Freaking Miles backing up the middle infielders, the Cubs are in a sticky spot.

Also, I forgot that Aram is back and thankfully, Miles isn't starting so we actually do have a backup for MI
