where did you see that?

btw check the thread title.

Doh, it starts at 8:00... which is actually good for me.

In the last 10 minutes of the post-game show on XM radio (the Vancouver feed) they were talking about it and said the Hawks expect Obama to be there. I can't imagine him going to the Hawks game and NOT dropping the puck.

It would bring a lot of exposure, so I'm fine with Obama dropping the puck. If he indeed does. I'd think he would wait and see if they advance a bit before doing that. If it were Game 1 of the finals, I could see it.

Oi.... I'm so excited for the game tomorrow... but I still have that Chicago Sports fan mentality of being nervous about how my team is going to eff it up.

Oh well... I hope this crowd makes the UC louder than it has EVER been...

I hope we exceed this decibel level:

Go to 3:15... this is the LOUDEST ANY Chicago sports venue has ever been in my opinion.

Last time the "roar" was ever heard... loudest anthem EVER... Chills every time.

For those unfamiliar, Wayne Messmer was shot and was not able to attend this game, instead his wife attended... and this is what ensued.

I am already excited/nervous for the game. Thank God we have a team in Chicago that doesn't fall flat on its faces immediately when it gets to the playoffs.

No kidding, everyone who is going tonight needs to tear the roof off that place from minute one. I think they will.

What I want is the Hawks to have a 3 or 4 goal lead late in the third, and I want to hear the chant, "DETROIT SUCKS!" I usually think it's stupid when the fans do that at home games when Detroit is the next game. But not this time.

Now, broken record, but I wonder if I'll get to see the CSN feed tonight? I would imagine so, since Versus will be cutting into the game late after Pens/Caps ends. Or maybe Versus will just use the CSN feed again. That was awesome.

If the Hawks are going to take this series tonight, I want to hear Foley calling it.

You're right at the threshold, Hawks. Be sure and drive it home, K???

Let's kill these guys once & for all.

If the Blackhawks get an empty netter to take a 2 goal lead with a minute or more to go, I'd really like to see Foley hold off on calling it a Blackhawks victory. He did that earlier this year with like 2.5 minutes remaining.

This game has all the makings of "a Chicago team lined up perfectly with everything on its side to win at home only to come out flat and lose", it scares me. But at lease the Blackhawks have managed to exceed expectations all year, so I'm hoping to see that again tonight.

I know. I challenge this team to not come out flat this time, like they did last time when they had the upper hand coming home.

It always makes me nervous when he does that.

The Kane pass and resulting Bolland goal were things of beauty Saturday night, sometimes I think Kane should score more goals. But, then I see his passing and realize his real talent or value is in setting up his team mates.

I'm thinking the Hawks have a very good chance tonight unless Vancouver is able to pull off the near-perfect defensive performance of Game 3. However, as we saw in Game 4 its very difficult to play and maintain such a style game after game - even if the Canucks managed to do it for 117 odd minutes.

I just have one more thing to say. Until the next random thought.
