Inquiring minds want to know. U.S. version. I'm aware that some of these people are pretty minor, but there are so many regular and recurring characters that I figured I'd throw them all in the poll.

I left out Mose Schrute because, well, I was afraid he might win due to his FJM connections.

Creed got my vote, but the writers have done well incorporating Kevin and Darryl's characters into the stories more.

Also David Wallace should get a nod, just for his exasperated conversations with Michael.

Ever since Jim started to realize that he's not good at his job, he's jumped to the top for me.

Became a role model for you, didn't he

I think I'd be a good role model for him.

"What you have to realize is that it's *okay* to not be very good at your job. It's just a job, and it's too much hassle to fire someone for being mediocre."

I don't think it's a matter of him realizing he's not good at his job. I think he's fine at his job and knows that's always been good enough with Michael around. Now he's realizing that just doing enough disappoints the boss and he's getting caught with a lack of effort by the new guy. He realizes he doesn't try very hard and wants to make it look like he does.

That's probably a better way of putting it.

He's also realizing that this is what he's going to be doing the rest of his life. In season 1 he said that if this was really his job he'd have to throw himself in front of a train. Now he has a mortgage and has to take it seriously.
