Bama has played one team as good or better than OSU and they lost to them. Bama should be favored, but it's far from a foregone conclusion that they'd win.

Along the same lines. Ohio State has played two teams as good or better than Alabama and they to both of them. I think Alabama and Ohio State matchup well against each other. That would be a fun game to watch. I don't think Alabama would run away with it like Florida and Louisiana State were able to.

I have to disagree with you 2. OSU's offense this year has been so much predicated by the big play. Their offense does not sustain drives or methodically move the ball down the field via the pass or even Chris Wells. They rely so much on the home run threat its not even funny(i.e. they beat Michigan because of 5 plays). Alabama is too good to give up the big plays time and time again. Pryors big run plays comes when the pocket breaks down and the dline loses contain, i just dont see bama getting beat by Pryors feet in thatfashion, Pryor doesnt run between the tackles like Tebow does. Bama may not blow them out but i would feel very confidently they would win.

I think Bama would win and probably by 10-14. It'd definitely be competitive the entire time.

I didnt say I thought Ohio State would be favored. I just think it would be a good game. 24-17 or something along those lines. I don't think Ohio State would be embarrassed again.

No they probably wont be embarassed because bama just doesnt have a prolific offense as the last 2BCS bowl teams they faced. Maybe this game would be a PSU/OSU sort of game. I think thats OSU's best case scenario.

Ok guys, here I am, I am prepare to eat a little crow. I maintain that if Bama and Florida played a total of 10 times, I am 100% confident Alabama would win 7 of 10 games. Coffee and Jones were simply brilliants, JP Wilson was not. Props to Florida for capitalizing on Alabama mistakes, and I would say good luck. Trust me when I say this....Alabama will be beat in this SAME position next yr. This Bama team will be USC good next yr..

SEC is overrated this yr, and Alabama is slightly overrated.

and OU juuuust missed on julio jones. He's a monster

If you mean "juuuust missed on Julio Jones" as in Julio like OU but never consider OU? Then you would be right. Jones loved his visit to Oklahoma, but Jones was never going to go to OU, and that is guarantee. The only team I feared for Julio Jones was Texas Tech, cause Jones was definately intrigued by playing alongside Michael Crabtree and Graham Harrell. TT was the only Big 12, IMO, that had a legit shot at Jones, and he basically blew TT off the last weekend of recruiting.

The more points that OU scores, the more likely we get an UT vs OU rematch in the title game (and that means an alabama ohio state fiesta bowl).

Seeing Ohio State get blown out in another BCS Bowl would make me a saaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad panda.

Seriously, has anyone learned their lesson with them yet?

The very same could be said for Oklahoma, and how well they've played in BCS bowls lately.

Past 4 and Stoops is 0-4...

If there's one thing we've learned it's to trust RedFlash's guarantees.

Typical Bammeroid. "Yes, we lost to a team missing two of their top 4 weapons, but we'd win 7 of the next 9, guaranteed!"

I said I would be here to take the pie throwing in face treatment if Alabama lost, now didn't I? So, I am a man of my word if I am proven wrong. Can you say that, SSR?

And on Julio Jones....he's playing on Alabama, and not Oklahoma, now is he?

Who is going to be the Qb next year. A 3* Jr or a 2* soph. Its not like they are replacing John David Booty with a 5* Qb like Matt Sanchez. Coffee is good, ill give you that.

I don't care what Meph's statistical algorithms say, there is not way they let anything but OU vs. Florida be the National Championship game. The voters are going to go ape-Howry over the Florida win, and that (plus the boost in the computers) will be enough.

Quick, everyone bet Meph a dollar on what the NC game will be. If he's somehow right, he cashes big. If he's wrong, we all win a $1

you cant change the computers to make it so. florida's going to need one of the following to happen.

1. Get at least 30% of the 1st place votes and Texas get none.

2. Get at least an additional 15% for each 5% that Texas gets.

3. Hawaii to beat Cincinnati tonight.

I hate Bama, but you might want to do a little research before making an ignorant statement and letting a Bammer set you straight. Alabama will have a 4* (5*, depending on who you trust) RS Frosh starting, in Star Jackson. He won't be a game manager, like JPW, he'll be a playmaker.

I was really close on the UF/Bama game, and I'm looking to be pretty close on this one.

I don't gamble with my money when I'm pulling numbers out of my rear and making stuff up.

Well i did some research on rivals. Star Jackson is third on the CURRENT depth chart and doesnt have any stars. So excuse me for using Rivals. Im not a Bama insider, if he is truly a 5* i offer no appologies by what i have just found.
