What a weird thought Brenly going to Milwaukee. He'd be great for that team. I get that feeling all the time like he is dying to get back into managing, like he can hardly stand some of the things he sees from up in the booth. All I can say, NO DJ... NO DJ.... NO DJ??? He went 16-1 with the Cubs in 1984. Nothing he does can make me hate him; though he seems to be testing that theory every time he opens his mouth during a game.

I personally feel the whole analyzing the game stuff is overrated. They all spew the same BS about hitting behind runners and the value of sac bunts. It's all garbage. Len and Grace would be very entertaining together.

From a purely selfish point of view, I don't like this. I really like the Len and Bob "team", and my wife is actually upset when they aren't doing the broadcast. (When it's Joe Morgan, or Tim McCarver, who can blame her?)

 

And it'll be even worse with him on the Brewers, cuz I don't wanna have to root against him.

 

That said, I'd be happy for him getting a managerial job.
