I have taken the "believe" bracelet off for today's game....

 

yesterday was the first time I wore it all year - it is probably my fault!

 

also - shaved this morning...

Well, my old-school red and blue Cubs hat obviously contributed to this loss, so I will not be wearing that again tonight.

 

Perhaps one of my Cubs Convention shirts. I wanted to save those for the World Series, as they have accumulated quite a lot of positive vibes, but I think our boys in blue definitely need a win tonight.

 

If the Cubs win tonight, you all owe me big time.

For the first time all season I didnt wear my cross necklace to work because I stupidly forgot it at my girlfriends dorm. Needless to say I will be back in possession of this prior to the game tonight.

 

Otherwise I am going completely cub-less today. Not a single piece of cub attire until I get to the ballpark and put on my uniform.

Thank Len that I didn't make it to Wrigley until June this year and was off the Fukuwagon by then. I decided against a shirtsey of him at that point.

I have the same dilemma...

 

On the one hand, you want to be supportive, but on the other hand, maybe a sense of nonchalance will be the deciding factor.

 

Ultimately, it is in our hands, not theirs, to win this game.

I have the batting practice hat on. My home Soriano jersey, with a Cubs blue undershirt on. Then I'm wearing Cubs pajama pants. Finally, I'm sporting the Believe bracelet.

Wow, it's probably been like two years since I posted here...I still lived in NJ.

 

Tonight will be a Dawson jersey since I'll be alone on the sofa. I'm saving my 1907 replica jersey for Games 3 and 4 when my Mom and I will be heading to Chavez Ravine for the game.

Tonight it's not going to be about what I'm wearing, but where I'm watching I was in my room for Derosa's HR last night, and then left to my friends house...The same place I watched last years playoffs, so far they are 0-4 at their room, so I've decided to friends tonight, I'll be alone in my room.
