Meph's most likely team to go undefeated is taking a 7 point deficit into the 4th quarter.

I don't even understand how he came up with that. Florida's offense turns the ball over often and they give up a lot of sacks.

I'm not sure that is true. I think when they made their 1st turnover today they said it was their 1st of the year.

No one is saying it's perfect. Besides Florida's got a less chance than Penn State once you factor in the SEC Title game - assuming the offense gets their act together. Defense has played great all season - including today. Ole Miss isn't that bad this year. They're not very good, but they aren't terrible. They only lost to #15 Wake Forest by 2 points. Their other loss was a by 6 points to #21 Vanderbilt. They won't have a great record at the end of the season, but there is a very good chance that they knock off one of Florida, Alabama, Auburn or LSU this year.

OK. I agree with pretty much all of this. This is the first time I've watched Ole Miss this season, and they look at best an 8-4 team. I can't decide if Snead is good or not just based on this game. To me, Florida has looked overrated both times I've watched them. Tennessee isn't that good, and Florida should have put at least 50 on them.

Considering how the BCS computer ratings are calculated, there's no motivation to run up the score on anyone.

Although, with how they currently overemphasize human polls, maybe there is motivation.

Prior to this game, the offense was, how should I put it, run first pass for show to rest Tebow. Their games were so slow paced. Today, they've shot themselves in the foot with the turnovers. The offense has been pretty average this year. For whatever reason. They have too many offensive weapons to have a poor offense all season long, but right now they're not getting it done. Mainly it's the offensive line. They can't protect Tebow or open up run holes through the middle. They're passing game has only been existent on none-blitzes or when Tebow breaks out. The rushing game has only been on speed sweeps.

Even if Florida should lose today, any SEC team will have multiple chances to get back into national title contention by the end of the year. Heck, 2 losses isn't out of the question.

Pryor with a long TD run. He looks awfully familiar to Vince Young how he runs the ball.

You're dam right he does. He is the second coming of VY (in college at least)

Ole Miss can not just run the ball 3 times here. If Florida gets the ball back with 2 minutes, they're gonna shove it down their throat for the win.

Ole Miss was able to pass the ball successfully all of one play today

Which would beg the question: Is a two loss SEC team better then a 1 loss Non-Sec team?

Anybody who knows my conference loyalty knows the answer to that question. But I will say it would also depend on who the non-Sec team is. But if LSU proved last yr is that a 2 loss SEC team was better clearly better then what the Big 10 had to offer (and Michigan had to hang on against Florida).

Right now the NT game would be Oklahoma and........whoever survives at the end of the season. But we know things should and will change between now and Jan.

florida needs to drive the ball about 60 yards, and kick a field goal

dont worry. they have the worst kicking game in the world. they need to get it within the 20 yard line for their kicking game to make it. theyre that bad.

What a ridiculous all-encompassing question. Love that Michigan had to "hang on" against Florida. Nevermind, that EVERYONE said Florida was clearly superior to Michigan. And then they lost.

But I'm sure this game is just proof of the SEC's superiority that even your bad teams are top 20 caliber. Not that Florida is being taken to the wire against a mediocre team.
