That's good news, to my mind.

He works well with Len and at least once a game says something that makes me laugh out loud.

I enjoy the both of them and I'm glad he's sticking around. Hopefully Len stays that long too.

It sort of amazes me sometimes that Len doesn't get looked at to do Fox games. He's not perfect or anything, but he's so far better than most of the idiots they have doing national games right now it's ridiculous.

Len could drool and convulse all game long and still be an upgrade over just about every Fox baseball game ever.

You wouldn't happen to be referring to Chip Carey? I would agree

Ugh. Brenly rocks.

I really like Bob, especially when he rips the Cubs when it is appropiate. And there are times in which he has made the WTF joke, or comment, but otherwise, I think he has been really good in the Cubs broadcast.

I'm guessing if he has a chance to move back to the dugout he will. He might just be wanting to take over for Lou someday.

Eh, I think Trammell would be the better successer, IMHO. *shrug*

I agree that Trammell would be the better successor to Lou. I mean I like Bob and he is a funny man, but he didn't win the 2001 World Series, he rode Randy Johnson/Curt Schilling to the title. Trammell was put in charge of arguably the worst talent roster in the history of baseball. I think Trammell should be given a 2nd shot with a team with legit MLB talent.
