Really weird.

Font is .396 .482 .750 1.232 over his last 21 games, yet hasn't gotten a start since August 1st, and with a lefty going tomorrow he won't be starting then either.

Lou's saving "Sneaky Power" for later in tonight's game - should we need the unsuspecting XBH/HR to either tie the game or take the lead.

One thing I will give Soriano is that he hones up to his mistakes.

I don't think that word means what you think it means. Unless you are suggesting that he refines his mistakes, in some attempt to make them the most efficient, glorious mistakes anyone has seen.

I wonder why he's not giving Fontenot a start?

I guess Fukudomes defense is too valuable to take out of the lineup. He could give DeRosa a night off though. The Fontenot situation is starting to bear resemblence to the Cedeno situation early in the season, when Ronny was in that hot streak but couldnt earn any playing time no matter what he did.

I bet Plesac was the goofiest kid in his grade school. He seems like the kid that would spaz out in space, then mix a bunch of different kinds of food together to see how it tastes.
