My dad bought six front row tickets to today's game... My whole family and I will be watching the game from behind the netting just to the 3rd base side of home plate. Gotta love it.

A sign of some sort dedicated to Joe Morgan is needed.

The Brewers game is going into the bottom of the 13th. Let's root for a 20 inning game.

No, Gabe Kapler ended it with a walkoff home run. No, that's not a typo: Gabe Kapler.

Cedeno instead of Theriot? well i guess he does need a day off, especially since he was listed as day to day after fouling a pitch off his leg on wednesday.. Pretty good lineup, now lets go kick some cardinals (insert the correct word here)!

I really hope the Cubs show some patience tonight, and dont go up hacking like LA did against Carp. Should be interesting since this will be the 1st good offense Carp has had to face. He got pretty lucky having his 1st 2 starts against an ATL team with no Chipper, Texiera, McCann, and then facing a pretty bad offensive team in LA.

That's encouraging. :|

Also, the game broadcast hasn't even started yet and ESPN manages to show the Bartman footage. Where's the middle finger smiley?

Being espn, how much of the game do you think they'll actually broadcast tonite?

I'll say they don't cut in to the game until the bottom of the 2nd with bases loaded. And due to cut outs, updades they'll only broadcast about 8% of the game tonite.

Well, Favre could take a dumb or something. Can't miss that.

The Cubs defense is suspect?

He's not real big on stats. Even though stats show you why the Cubs are good. Maybe that is why you should be big on stats Joe.

Opening with a pity party for Chris Carpenter. Off to a great start tonight.

We should all be so unlucky as to win a World Series and magically become a Cy Young winner after years of injuries.
