Cowboys fans or Stl Cardinal fans, which is worse?

Bears fans?

Maybe you didnt read that right, because Bears fans wasnt an option. The arrogance amongst Cowboy and Stl fans is pretty much equal, thats for sure.

Just seems like their teams weren't as proactive in keeping players out of trouble to me.

How can you say that, when they have barely been on the Cowboys at all? Jones hasn't played a game yet.

What were the Bears/Titans supposed to do that they didn't. Don't act like the Cowboys have this magic calming influence on cons.

why dont you go back to the "how many wins will the bears get this season 4 or 5?" thread, we're trying to get ready for the playoffs over here

How many unhatched chickens you got there?

right now im discussing the ramifications of our first round bye with a friend of mine

as far as i can see, it just means that your playoff loss will come at home in the conference semifinals, rather than on wild card weekend.

hahaha i remember the romo-simpson vacation story was roughly the same time as the les miles to michigan spank-fest. i dvr pardon the interruption; back then i was able to get through it in about 8 minutes after fast forwarding through the non-stories.

On topic, I'm not pleased the Bucs will get Favre because it probably makes them better and might jeopardize Carolina's streak of finishing second in the division no matter how horrible/underachieving/good the team is (BTW, it's at four years in a row now)

you should be happy about that... i'd rather have a team that sucks ass than a team stuck in purgatory.

I'm ambivalent, I was just joking about the 'streak'. Boggles my mind that as up and down and dooooooown that they've been that they've finished 2nd four years in a row.

And no, we're not trading Smith, though we might as well. Sad that Smith is one of the great offensive players in this league and no one can even notice because he plays for an also-ran franchise.

do the jets count as a sleeper?

also, brett favre is such a dick

How prophetic, mentioning Favre and the Jets in the same post. :D

Watch 3:34 through 6:00 for some insight on PacMan's time in Dallas so far. It is from tonight's episode of Hard Knocks.

this episode was so great

asking T.O. how much he weighs

"two what? two what? two what?"

"too sexy"

PacMan making it rain on Felix with Ware in on the assist was pretty good too.

I watched that episode last night but came in late and missed these parts. Hard Knocks is a great show and fun to watch.

The microphone Tank made was hilarious.

nah, cowboy fans are a better comp with the yankees... or maybe now the red sox. actually yankees is a better comp because neither team has won a championship recently, but their fans love to talk about how many rings they've won.

the yankees have won a lot of playoff games since 1996, though, so there's a difference.

Julius Jones with a typical performance for Seattle tonight. He had 4 rushes for 15 yards (not horrible), but 12 of those yards came on 1 carry. Have fun in Seattle, JJ!

Not gonna lie I was a bit happy to see O'Sullivan and Hill turn the ball over but Smith not in the 49ers game. I still have hope for Smith. 4 o-coor's in 4 years is tough and in the one year he had a good one (Norv) he showed promise. I want him to get the job and with a real o-coor this year see what he can do (while he sucked we were 2-0 before his injury last year).

I'm rooting hard for O'Sullivan (he went to UC Davis) even though I don't really give a crap about the 49ers.

Easily my least favorite Cowboy for the past couple of years. Very glad he is gone now.
