So, yeah, how about those Tigers? (Prays to self Illinois doesn't get creamed like this later today)

 

oh no we're getting smoked by a very good kansas team at the phog what a big surprise. i wonder if illinois would score 20 at kansas.

 

Sensitive much? I'm sure UI would score at least 35-40. But KU sure wouldn't get much more than 50-60.

 

I fail to understand why people who are fans of other conferences don't realize that scores are low in the B10 because teams play defense, and not because players are inept at putting the ball in the basket.

 

We scored 62 @ MSU when we sucked early in the season. I think we could put 60 up pretty comfortably against UI @ Phog.

I'd like to thank Michigan for playing a sloppier game than the Badgers today. I don't think either of these teams would make it out of the first round of the tournament, but getting this win before the big Minnesota game is most welcome.

Tennessee basically just punched their dance ticket today, beating Florida in Gainesville. Two great things about the win, other than the likely Tourney invite- Pearl continues his absolute ownership of Donovan (7-1 lifetime) and Tennessee ruins Florida's perfect home record this season.

State's D is stifling.

 

Illinois will be lucky to win today if MSU's defensive intensity is like this the whole game.

I honestly think Mizzou went 0 for jump shots in the first half, I've never seen anything like that.

 

I'm also pretty sure I got fouled by Cole Aldrich during the game, but maybe I'm just bitter. I want a Round 3.

 

 

lol. Can't blame a 25 point blowout on reffing. Were there any 3-second five-second calls?

 

I'd love a round 3, but chances are it'll have to be in the Big 12 finals. And chances are, you'll have to beat OU in OKC to get there. So I don't see it happening.

The winner of the MAC West will most likely be .500.

 

In conference.

 

Ball State can clinch the least impressive division title in history if they beat Western Michigan on Wednesday, despite a horrible out-of-bounds call costing the Cards the game at NIU yesterday.

 

ETA: I didn't realize just how bad it was. Every team in the MAC West besides Ball State has an RPI of 293 or worse. That is unfathomably horrible.

Oh no, we didn't lose because of officiating, the losing made the officiating irritating. And yeah, it'll have to be in the B12 championship. I don't think it's too likely, but I'll have to see how Wednesday goes before being sure.
