Aramis' absurd OBP continues to rise.

 

How has Soto looked today? Any signs he's breaking out of the slump?

I'm glad Marmol got all warmed up and then was wasted by being used for only 1 out.

 

I know you're kidding. But I'm actually glad.

He's warmed up already, whats another 12 or so pitches?

 

I think appearances is just as important as total innings when looking at a relievers workload. Using him for 1 out kind of pisses me off. If he's only going to be used for one guy, then don't use him at all. Basically they failed to give Marmol a day off and didn't even really benefit from using him.

There were 2 on in a 2 run game. They definitely benefited from it.

 

Ok I worded that poorly. They benefited from it, but not greatly. They got one out. The odds are in favor of them getting that out no matter what reliever was brought in.

 

I disagree, but whatever. People complain whether Lou uses Marmol when he shouldn't or when he should, so it doesn't make any sense to get into a big discussion about it.
