Pujols was just helped off the field. appears to be an injured ankle. I caught it as they were helping him off the field.

 

good thing they have a second albert pujols in their lineup.

Ludwick's a 29 year old outfielder with more than a full season's worth of playing time spanning 5 seasons.

soto is a catcher who developed into a good hitter in his mid 20s. those come along a lot more frequently than guys who turn into miguel cabrera at age 30 after spending their 20s as AAAA hitters.
