Is it me or is Lee getting a massive shaft from the umps lately with ball/strike calls? It seems he gets pitches that aren't even borderline called as strikes constantly.

Lee will finish May with a sub-.700 OPS. That includes a terrible .272 OBP before that K.

Wow, not good D Lee. With all the walks, etc. they were trying to give us some runs there and we didnt take advantage.

apparently if you crouch low enough, a pitch down the middle 2 feet over the ground is a ball

 

And strike 1 was higher than ball 1 (or was it 2)

Soriano was just replaced in the 9th inning for defensive purposes.
