I didn't realize so many people disliked LLF. Nor did I realize some of these people treated people they didn't like like this. If it's not a great thread, it's not a great thread . . . it's just a message board.

Hence why some of us are poking fun at the thread. Thanks though, Nathanial NoFun.

Delino DeShields (DeSecond Baseman for DeCubs)

I remember Joe Carter complaining about Delino getting stuck in the a hole.

i didn't realize DeShields played at the same time as Edmonds

I've said it a million times here, but Nomar was my favorite non-Cub for the longest time. Him being a Cub is one of my favorite Cubs memories, and that will never change. It didn't work out, but it was glorious seeing him in Cubby Blue.

Imagine the trouble Harry would have had if Sandberg and Sundberg had been Cubs at the same time.

You're joking, right?

Joking, no. Forgetting when Sundberg played for the Cubs, yes.

Sorry I'm late to the party again.... but the CUBS have a long history of filling their roster with players that other teams no longer want. Some on this list have been mentioned above, but my vote(s) goes to ..........

LaRussa's Cubs career was undoubtedly the shortest of all of them. It consisted of one appearance as a pinch runner (1973, I believe). That was the end of his major league career.

How about Glenallen Hill and Julio Zuleta?
