That's awful luck... it's not awful offense. Get runners like this, and we're gonna score more than 2 runs a vast majority of the time.

Sure a majority of the time we will get guys in but on a night like this it's not bad luck causing the problems we just aren't hitting well. It happens in the course of a long season but it isn't bad luck unless we have a lot of line drive outs and that is definately not the case tonight.

I'd do it the other way around. the left side is facing the hitter when he's in the stretch and makes him look like a mean biker. then he comes with the pitch and the batter sees the other side and it's suddenly "OMG, FTH?"

Good point. Plus, when he struggles he could say it was nice Kerry that had a bad game. Maybe talk to his pinky before each batter comes to the plate.
