Not really. Lou already said there's no room for him on the team without a trade. The bullpen is going to be:

 

Marmol, Howry, Wood, Wuertz, Eyre, Hart, and the loser of Lieber/Dempster/Marquis.

 

If one of those starters get traded, then maybe Pignatiello or Lahey would get a shot.
