dang, man. bags cleared. cubs knocking it all over the place. good sign.

I know it's the royals, and ST, but this offense has the ability to be crazy potent this year.

it's pretty exciting, huh? if we can get on the slightly high side of expectations for Soto and Pie, and average seasons for everyone else...

Cintron is going to make this team.

It would appear so.

So does a bench of

Blanco

Cedeno

Cintron

Murton

Ward

look right to you? Or do you think they move Cedeno so fontenot can have a place?

Of course it begs the question at whose expense. I don't think either Fontenot or Cedeno have options remaining.

I thought Font did for some reason...

Fontenot would be gone before Cedeno, IMO.

Unless he can prove he's versatile enough to handle SS if needed. Lou mentioned on the broadcast yesterday, that Mike was going to play some SS in upcoming games. Fontenot's bat is better than Cedeno's. Also, right now both of our MI are RH, so having a LH compliment might be preferred.

Cedeno has struggled at the plate recently, but I still see him as a better bat then Fontenot. He certainly has more upside then Fontenot.

I am highly skeptical of Font's ability to play SS effectively.
