I know it is early and just ST, but Dempster and Lieber look to be a decent #4 and #5. (We all know Hill is the #3.)

 

Pie is too much upside to let go...I would love to see him get 250-300 AB's before we think of replacing him.

Dempster is looking sharp today. But then again, the Royals suck...so take it with a grain of salt.

 

I was thinking the same thing. Although, his pitches are sharp and seem to have more movement then I remember. I'm not getting my hopes up..........

He said he finally figured out that short innings/throwing strikes were his priority now he was starting. He said he tried to make the perfect pitch too much as a closer...for what it's worth.
