I hadn't heard

I know, you'd think with a game that big that they'd give it more attention! I haven't seen anything on TV about it.

i think if they ever decide to put it on TV or something they should call it "Super Bowl 41 1/2". that would be very original

DJ Gallo's little known facts about Colts and Patriots:

Jesus bought Tony Dungy's book to learn how to be a better man.

That Kitna costume is fantastic. Can't believe he's taking heat from it.

I really hope that the Pats/Colts game turns out crappy. I mean really crappy. Sloppy play on both sides and a genuinely un-exciting finish. Hopefully something will happen to qualify it as the worst game of all time. I really hope so.

If the Texans/Raiders game isn't blacked out and I get stuck with that game at 1 rather than the Colts/Pats, I'm going to be so pissed. Right now the TV Distribution maps show the Raiders game as being blacked out so hopefully that's the case.

I read recently that something like 60 of the past 90 Raiders games have been blacked out. Is that true?

Blackouts by the numbers

Since the Raiders moved back to Oakland in 1995, 61 of their 99 home games have been blacked out locally, including this year's Cleveland game. Here are the top five NFL teams in blackouts since the Raiders' return:.

1. Cardinals 78

2. Raiders 61

3. Falcons 48

4. Saints 43

5. Seahawks 40

Those are insane numbers.

Basically if the Raiders aren't playing the Chiefs, Broncos, or Chargers, the game will be blacked out. And even if the Raiders are playing those teams, it's no guarantee that the game won't be blacked out. You could probably add the 49ers and Seahawks to that list as well but that's about it. I would be extremely surprised if this game sells out. They had until 1:15 today to sell out unless they get an extension from the NFL which isn't likely to happen because it's not a division game.

Wow, Andy Reid's sons were sentenced up to 23 months in jail and in a nut shell completely disrespecting Andt Reid and his wife as parents claiming their house was basicly a drug emporium and stated there was no structure in their house to allow them to live at home and avoid jail time.

I'm willing to bet his wife doesn't work at all. Still it was a family choice that allowed them to become multi-millionaires. If the house was that bad then he had to just be turning his head to what was going on. They can't use work as an excuse for being a horrible parent.

Thank goodness the Raiders are blacked out.

EDIT: Although I'm just a tiny bit disappointed since Gus Johnson will be announcing the Raiders game this week.

It's hard to believe that Reid would have allowed that to happen in his house, regardless of how many hours he worked. If there were indeed drugs laying out in the open, then I just can't see how there could be any excuse. He had to have known something.

Parenting, and just housekeeping in general, must be pretty low on Reid's priority list.

How old is that Anderson that plays QB for the Browns? I thought he was pretty young so I was wondering what they would do with Quinn if this guy continues to scorch defenses.

He's 24, 3 years out of school. I would guess they will try and trade him unless he really goes nuts and then they decide to trade Quinn.
