Isn't a pitch runner supposed to be running in the lead? You're limiting his speed if he's behind Ramirez.

 

Now he's the lead runner.

 

Dusty might be happy though.

CUBS are 16-11 when they hit at least 2 home runs.... CUBS are 7-8 when Derrek Lee hits a home run....

 

Doing the math and figuring out those HR totals makes me a saaaaaaaad panda.

CUBS are on a pace to hit 129 homeruns this year..... compared to 166 last year and 194 in '05

I don't think you bunt in that situation. We've got a 2 run lead...2 on...0 outs...a pretty good hitter up there.

So, Hunter Pence posted here and was b&? If that is ever confirmed it should go down in message board lore.

Well, if you could find out what username and the events leading to the yanring, then I'm sure it could be confirmed by a mod.
