I'd rather see Pie in there, but I understand that pagan is outhitting him right now so I guess its better that he's in there.

 

Anyway, If we can win this game I consider the series a success because I went into this series wanting to win 2/3

 

AND THEY JUST PLAYED PAT/RON's CALL OF THE ARAM HOMER. That was awesome.

Ken Rosenthal just reported on FOX pregame that Zambrano becoming a FA is more and more likely. He's apparently made it known he will no longer take the hometown discount deal which was 5 years/80 million. Said to expect the Yankees to be at the front of the lone for his services.

 

Well that sucks..The guy says he wnats to stay here his whole like and die as a Cub..and then wont take a hometown discount..How much freakin money do you need Carlos.Geez

How? It was reported that they had basically agreed to a deal until the sale prevented Hendry from getting the contract signed.

 

I'm not going to believe anything I hear from Rosenthal considering that what he is reporting was probably heard second hand from a report that was an agent's bravado to begin with.
