Normally I just hope to see the Cubs win a series. But it's getting to the point where they have to take advantage of the matchups agianst the worst teams by sweeping a series or two.

 

After the White Sox the Cubs face a hot Rockies team and the Brewers. If they lose all three series, and Milwaukee wins their series against KC and HOU, the Cubs are suddenly 11.5 back and pretty much out of it.

 

That won't happen. The Cubs will manage to win all three series and get within 5 or 6 of the Brewers just to drag us all back in. Then they'll lose 5 of 7 to Pittsburgh and Washington going into the All-Star break.
