Does Len know the difference between Soriano and Ramierez?

Gary Sheffield does.

I don't get it

This has something to do with Latinos in baseball... They both are so I don't see the difference.

Nice rally tonight, even if we did fall a bit short....we had our chances. I have a feeling that we'll see good Z tomorrow and a Cubs series winner....8-3

With Koyie Hill starting tomorrow, I want Theriot, DeRosa, and Floyd in the lineup!

Izturis, Jones, and Murton are offensive black holes right now.

Call me crazy but I'm convinced the Cubs are much better than the Brewers. As poorly as we pitched the offense was there 'til the end.

You're crazy

Looks like I didn't miss much of this one.

Awful game from start to finish.

At least our offense is starting to heat up a little.

Lilly was just off tonight.

It was frustrating because they lost but I was encouraged by the game. Lilly was being sacrificed because the bullpen was short. It was painfully obvious that he didn't have it early in the game but the Cubs couldn't take him out. Meanwhile, the Brewers were never really comfortable in the game (even though it should have been a blowout victory for them). Ned Yost had doubts up until Floyd lined out.

Might want to check the spelling of Soriano in your sig.

Hey, brewfandave, is this you? If so, I hope you can find a way to enjoy the game.

Good call! Yeah, that's me, hanging my head. Those comments were out of line. I should be better about keeping this rivalry civil. My apologies - hope you guys enjoy the next game.

Except what I said about Mench - I'm not taking that back. He still sucks, double or no.

While I understand that Lilly was pitching way above his head the first couple of months, I don't get why people seem to respond to games like this one as if this is the norm we can expect from him. It's not like he was pitching his best or even usual "Ted Lilly stuff"...if the Brewers had been hitting that, then I'd be more worried.
