Personally I always thought if someone was suspended they shouldnt even be allowed at the ballpark the day of the game they are suspended. I am not trying to pick on Lou. I mean that for everyone.

Lou did nothing to warrant any kind of suspension. The paper today said the crew chief said that Lou initiated some contact, but that certainly didn't appear to be the case.

 

It did look like Lou's belly was touching the 3rd base umpire.

What I think is BS about Lous suspension is MLB using the phrase "he incited the crowd". So its Lous fault that a bunch of dumbasses threw trash on the field? Lou has no control what those dumbasses do, so dont use that as reasoning for giving him a suspension.

Lou went out to argue and get thrown out on purpose. He decided to make a scene, to divert attention away from the fight, and admitted it. Lou deserved the suspension, let's move on.
