Eyre stinks.....he almost gave up a run on the very first batter he faced. Actually the very first pitch he threw....

I don't like the move just because I think it's disrespectful to the other team... if you want Eyre to get the work, put him in at the start of the inning.

I agree.

2 wins in one day!! Only 3 things could have happened today and 2 of them are bad 8-)

I hate to bring it up, but I wonder what a chart like that would look like for Game 6 of the 2003 NLCS.

I just noticed the change and was worried it was health related.

2 series in a row baby. Win the next 3 very winnable series, and they are 18-17 heading into the tougher part of the schedule. Need to stock up on wins against Washington, Pitt and Philly.

IIRC it was hovering around 93% when Castillo was up to bat.

Must've been at like 99% the other way at the end of that inning...

So, so sick.

Great day for the Cubs! D-Lee is white hot....Soriano is Mr. May and Marquis looks like an all-star for peek's sake. Now, let's come home and sweep the lowly Nationals!

Yeah, this series with the Nats is big IMO, we need to at least take 2 of 3, if not sweep.

Thanks (I guess).

Pretty much how I pictured it.

It's important to win the next two series, because the rest of the month is far from an easy schedule.
