another one of our pitchers constantly acts like a 4 year old up on the mound

Whenever someone makes statements like this, I sorta wonder how long they've been watching baseball. Offenses are always hit or miss, if you have the Yankees (More hit than miss) or ours. The "dependency" on home runs or "smallball" notwithstanding, hitting is a streaky thing that doesn't always come together every game for a large amount of runs.
