CHICAGO (AP) - The DeRosa bandwagon crashed today during the second inning of the Chicago Cubs game versus one of their chief National League Central rivals, the Houston Astros.

In the second inning, DeRosa - who quickly grew to fan favorite status after a hot start - grounded into a double-play off of Astros pitcher Woody Williams. This came a day after the second baseman went 0-for-4 with four strikeouts in a loss to Milwaukee.

That was fast.

I hate that guy

Houston must have acquired him solely for the purpose of pitching against us. He sucks against anyone else.

He's like 3-8 with a 6+ ERA against the Cubs.
